✩ Free consultation by phone or in person to see if we are a good fit.
✩ Two prenatal visits, typically in your home, or an agreed upon location. During these visits we will get to know one another better, discuss birth options and visions, ultimately coming up with a ‘birth wishes’ document to present to your care provider. We will also work on labor positions, pertinent topics to your pregnancy, fear release, and comfort measures---the goal being to fill your "tool box" with different comfort items for you in Labor, creating confidence.

✩I am on call for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, beginning 3 weeks before your due date, until you give birth to your baby.
✩ I am also trained in Acupressure for labor, anxiety, strengthening contractions, pain relief, and pushing.
✩As your labor progresses, my involvement in your labor progresses. As active labor is established, I will join you in your home or the hospital and stay with you throughout the birth of your baby.
✩Understanding the importance of that first hour of bonding with your baby with the least amount of distractions, I typically stay 1-2 hours or until you feel comfortable with me leaving. As a Lactation Counselor, I also like to make sure that the initial Latch is successful before I go. And that you and your partner feel confident moving forward with breastfeeding.
✩One postpartum visit in your home, typically 3-5 days after the birth. We will process the birth together, work on breastfeeding, discuss new baby care and I will make sure you have all of the resources you need to succeed as a new mama/family.
✩I am forever on call for questions/concerns/resources throughout your parenting years.
