Kate Uncorked

Kate Stephenson is a personal chef with a focus on plant heavy, gut healthy meals for families and new mothers. She founded Kate Uncorked in 2014 after graduating from Ballymaloe Cookery School's Farm to Fork Food Program in Cork, Ireland on a mission to help people connect to their food in meaningful ways by untethering them from restrictive eating and supporting the creation of new, healthy relationships with food. In 2019, Kate transitioned from private clients to offering weekly meal plans, allowing her to reach a larger community in a more approachable way. All plans are built to satisfy vegetarians and omnivores alike and are always free from dairy, gluten, soy and refined sugar.
