Nikole Sarvay
Nikole (she/her) is a designer, strategist, and implementer passionate about helping businesses show up as their best selves—without the overwhelm of tech. She takes a holistic approach to digital experiences, considering both the user and business owner in every project.
Leading with empathy and curiosity, Nikole sees design as a practice of co-creation with her clients. Her human-first approach prioritizes user experience, clarity, and ease of use, ensuring that every element of a brand’s online presence feels consistent and intuitive.
Her primary work focuses on website design and development, with expertise in WordPress (her first true love), as well as platforms like Squarespace, Wix, Kajabi, Kartra, and Thinkific. Beyond websites, she helps business owners build courses, memberships, and digital ecosystems that support sustainable growth. She has also designed a wide range of assets—including email marketing materials, slide decks, workbooks, and interior book layouts—to help businesses communicate their message effectively.
Nikole has worked with coaches, bestselling authors, course creators, therapists, environmental consultants, physicians, birthworkers, nationally ranked podcasters, personal trainers, and nutritionists—all people committed to making the world safer and more equitable.
Nikole is based in Richmond, VA (occupied Powhatan land), where she lives with her two children, and is currently training to become a life coach through the Wholehearted Coaching Certification Program. She holds degrees in Women's Studies and Sociology from the College of William & Mary. Before pivoting to design, she spent the early years of her career in direct services, advocacy, grants management, and resource development for survivors of intimate partner and sexual violence.
Through her work, Nikole is committed to supporting the business ecosystem of those who serve others—helping them share their work with clarity, confidence, and ease.
