Suzanne Burns
Hi, I’m Suzanne Burns - entrepreneur, small business consultant, teacher, trainer, and facilitator. I’ve spent the last 15 years in business operations, leadership development, program creation, management and facilitation with a specialty in driving growth and fostering strong, collaborative teams.
With experience in working for startups and owning and operating my own service-based brick and mortar, I have successfully led organizations through expansion and contraction, increasing revenue and operational capacity, and building inclusive and empowering environments.
I believe business is strongest when it is purpose-forward in systems, as well as, communication to both internal teams and the clients you serve.
I understand what it takes to build a business and a life that not only sustains you, but that you feel proud of. I love working with entrepreneurs who are at the beginning stages of building their business, or navigating periods of expansion or transition.
Outside of my professional work, I’m a mother of three, a wife, and a passionate advocate for individuals with disabilities. My approach to life—both work and family—is grounded in compassion, resilience, joy, and humility.
