Kim Kimball Coaching
Business ownership will bring up all your “stuff”: your people-pleasing tendencies, your perfectionism, your lack of boundaries, your difficulty being authentic, your fear of being seen in your expertise, your struggle to trust yourself, and all your triggers. This is precisely why entrepreneurship is really a guise for one of the deepest personal growth invitations we will ever receive, and one of the cleanest mirrors of our relationship with ourselves.
Kim believes business ownership can be more easeful and fun when you learn how to support yourself through all that it brings up for you on a nervous system and somatic (body-based) level, because running a business is a somatic practice. When you begin to partner with your body and your nervous system, you come to realize your “self-sabotage” is really self-protection, your procrastination is a freeze response in your nervous system, and they don't have to hold you back from the impact you know you’re made for.
Business strategy is wonderful, but a deeper, body level support is often needed to allow that strategy to be effective, and that’s where Kim comes in. Kim weaves together fifteen years of clinical experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy with all the associated training in neuroanatomy, extensive ICF accredited coach training, and seven years of experience coaching hundreds of women into each and every session. The result? You’ll finally be able to step off the emotional roller coaster of business ownership and make calm, steady progress that honors your own pace and authentic self. You’ll make more of an impact with less stress and time. You will also fully accept and honor your unique wiring and sensitivities in your business so your business feels like home.
