I am a devoted space holder, Massage Therapist, and guide, walking alongside people through moments of transition, unraveling, and becoming since 2007. My work is rooted in the understanding that the body remembers the breath leads, and healing unfolds best when we are met with safety, reverence, and deep listening.
Before many of the titles I hold today, I learned how to "just be with". As a bodywork, I spent years attuning to the subtle language of the nervous system-learning when to offer grounding, when to invite movement, when to hold silence, and when to remind someone of their own wisdom.
Across decades of hands-on practice, I have supported clients through pain, trauma, stress, grief, awakening, and rebirth--both literal and metaphorical. I bring together therapeutic massage, traumas-informed breathwork, somatic awareness, and ceremonial presence to create spaces where people can soften out of survival and return home to themselves.
At home, I am a wife to my husband of 16 years, and a mother to two magnificent humans, and many more farm animals. I believe healing happens not because we strive harder, but when we are finally met-----fully, safely, and without judgment.
