Liz Seidita

Hi, I’m Liz Seidita, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Throughout my work across healthcare, grief support, and individual and family therapy, I’ve walked alongside people navigating loss, anxiety, and major life transitions. I specialize in helping clients work through the quiet overwhelm that’s hard to articulate and the complicated emotions that don't fit neatly into a box.

These experiences have deeply shaped my practice, reinforcing my belief that healing isn't about 'fixing' who you are, but creating a steady, supportive space where you can process at your own pace. While pain—and what we need to heal—looks different for everyone, we all benefit from a supportive refuge when things get heavy. My goal is to offer that space: where every part of your experience is welcomed, untangled, and understood.

I am naturally curious about people —the stories that shape us, the protective patterns we fall into, and what happens when we finally have a safe place to make sense of them. My approach is warm, deeply relational, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Sitting in therapy with me means having a real human in your corner–someone who will slow things down with you, honor your pain, and navigate what’s present with warmth and compassion.
