Moly Baldridge

Story In Scale

Molly Baldridge helps families thoughtfully navigate the emotional and physical process of downsizing, organizing, and transforming her client's homes. With a collaborative and gentle approach, she works alongside clients to sort through a lifetime of belongings, catalog precious heirlooms for family records, while clearing out clutter, leaving behind only what is most loved, useful, and cherished.

Molly has a special focus on supporting the "sandwich generation", who often find themselves balancing the demands of raising children while caring for aging parents. Whether it's reconfiguring a home office into a nursery, converting a bonus room to give an older sibling their own space, adapting a layout to help parents saftely age in place, or managining a full relocation into a senior living community, Molly expertly guides families through these major life adjustments.

After earning a BFA in Interior Design from VCU, she spent 13 years designing kitchens and bathrooms for a local Richmond showroom. Following three rewarding years of homeschooling her two children, she discovered her true calling: helping families honor their histories while creating functional, intential spaces for the future. For the past five years, she has dedicated herself to this meaningful work, skillfully fitting decades of memories into smaller, more intentional layouts.

Whether you are helping your parents downsize, adapting a family home for changing needs, or preparing for a new chapter, Molly would be honored to help create a beautiful, safe environment you and your family love to live in.
