Hi, I’m Katie—a professional birth doula based in Richmond, Virginia. Originally from Virginia Beach, I’ve called Richmond home through the pregnancies and births of all four of my children. My own experiences with pregnancy, labor, and postpartum life are what first sparked my passion for birth work.
I know firsthand how transformative birth can be—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. That perspective fuels my commitment to walking alongside families as they prepare for and welcome their babies and making sure they feel confident and supported. As a doula, I provide steady support, evidence-based information, and a calm, encouraging presence so you can approach your birth with confidence.
Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, I believe every mother deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout her journey. It’s an honor to be invited into such a meaningful moment in your life, and I’m here to help you feel empowered every step of the way.
